If a crystal is damaged during delivery we will replace with same product.

To claim replacement for damaged product, Uncut opening video needs to be submitted within 5 days from delivery.

• Store in a jewelry box, or in a soft cloth/plastic pouch to prevent scratches
• Keep away from high heat and direct sunlight
• Clean gently using a soft, 100% cotton cloth
